L-Chicken Noodle Soup, cucumbers, carrots, oranges
D-Lentil mix, leftover pork roast, cauliflower, red bell peppers -- FHE treats
* Taco Tuesday
B-egg drop hot cereal OR oatmeal with fruit
L-pbj's, fruit
D-ground turkey Tacos, tortillas, spinach, bell peppers, cheese, salsa
* Western Wednesday
B-Egg Sandwiches &/or yogurt and cottage cheese
L-pbj's, fruit, cucumbers
D-hamburgers, steamed and sliced potatoes, salad
* Thursday
B-cold cereal with honey, pecans and milk
L-pbj's with carrots and apples
D-left overs & green salad
* Fancy Friday
B-Les Crêpes avec eggs, pudding, fruit, nutbutter
L-turkey on whole wheat w/ spinach salad
D-Morrocan Stew, couscous
* Saturday
B-porridge, blueberries, milk
L-pbj's &/or soup
D-Whole Wheat pizza, salad, chicken
* Sunday
B-canadian bacon egg cups, spinach OR canadian bacon and cheese with spinach
L-turkey on whole wheat w/ spinach or pbj's
D-crock pot chicken, potatoes, salad, mandarin wedges
