D-left-over lasagne with steamed rainbow chard
Wednesday
B-cold cereal, milk
L-pbj's, apple slices, water
D-Ground turkey spaghetti on whole wheat noodles with broccoli
Thursday
B-cold cereal, milk
L-pbj's, apple slices, water
D-Chicken breast, roasted cauliflower, spinach, carrots, rice
Friday
B-porridge, blueberries
L-turkey on whole wheat w/ spinach
D-Whole Wheat pizza Friday :-)
Saturday
B-ox-eyed eggs
